If you would like to make a booking, or more information, please complete and submit this form to us. Thank you.

Booking information:

Upon receipt of your booking we will send you our invoice. A 25% deposit is required to confirm any booking. Reservations cannot be held without deposit. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 60 days before the trip departure date. If the booking is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required to confirm booking.

• Adventure Cruise ( M6 – Mergui Archipelago, Myanmar )
  
  Price includes: transfers Ranong Airport or, the Royal Princess Hotel Ranong, transfer to yacht in Kawthaung, on-board accommodation, all meals, fresh fruit, water, tea, coffee and soft drinks, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, Adventure Guide / Divemaster services, tanks and weights.
  
  Price excludes: Myanmar Customs Entry fee and visa on arrival fees, beer, dive equipment, dive courses, travel insurance and Phuket / Ranong transfers.
  
  
• Dive Cruise ( M6 – Mergui Archipelago, Myanmar )
  
  Price includes: transfers Ranong Airport or, the Royal Princess Hotel Ranong, transfer to the yacht in Kawthaung, on-board accommodation, all meals, fresh fruit, water, tea, coffee and soft drinks, Divemaster services, tanks and weights.
  
  Prices exclude: Myanmar Customs Entry fee and visa on arrival fees, beer, dive equipment, dive courses, travel insurance and Phuket / Ranong transfers.
  
  
• Island Safari - Kayaking and Adventure
  ( K – Mergui Archipelago, Myanmar )
  
  Price includes: transfers Ranong Airport or, the Royal Princess Hotel Ranong, transfer to transfer boat in Kawthaung, safari style tented accommodation, all meals, fresh fruit, water, tea, coffee and soft drinks, Kayak / Adventure Guide services, attendance of the support boat ‘SEAL1’ and kayaking equipment.
  
  Price excludes: Myanmar Customs Entry fee and visa on arrival fees, beer, travel insurance and Phuket / Ranong transfers.
  
  
• Dive Cruises ( Similan & Surin Islands - Thailand )
  
  Prices include: transfers from your Phuket hotel, on-boards accommodation, all meals, coffee, tea, water, Divemaster services, tanks and weights.
  
  Prices exclude: rental diving equipment, dive courses, soft drinks and beer, National Park fees and travel insurance.
  
  
• Myanmar Andaman Resort (Mergui Archipelago, Myanmar)
  
  Price includes: Local transfers to/from Ranong Airport or, the Royal Princess Hotel Ranong or, Kawthaung Airport (Bagan Air internal flights), transfer to the Resort speed boat in Kawthaung, accommodation as booked inclusive of continental breakfast, Government tax and 10% service charge.
  
  Price excludes: Myanmar Customs Entry and visa on arrival fees, Resort speed boat transfer charge, sports activities and local tours. Travel insurance and Phuket / Ranong transfers.
  
  Please note: pick-up from the Resort or, drop off at the Resort, is available to customers embarking or, disembarking from SEAL trips. An additional one way charge is made for the opposite leg of the transfer being made by the Resort speed boat.
  
  
• Dive Courses ( Dive Centre – Phuket )
  
  Course prices include personalized instruction (by a nationally qualified Instructor), use of dive equipment for duration of course, teaching materials required to complete the course, manual, log book, dive tables, certification, pool and boat costs.
  
  
• Day Dives ( Phuket)
  
  Prices include: transfers from your hotel in Patong, Karon or Kata, day boat costs, breakfast, lunch, fresh fruit, water, tea and coffee, tanks, weights and Divemaster services.
  
  Transfers from other areas can be arranged, however, there will be an additional cost.
  
  Prices exclude: rental diving equipment.

Payments:
Payments from outside Thailand can be made by telegraphic transfer or by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment details are shown on our invoice.

Cancellation Policy: Counting back from the arrival date

• Over 61 days: deposit returned less USD 100.00 Admin Charge
• Between 31 and 60 days: deposit forfeited, balance refundable less bank fees
• Less than 30 days: total payment forfeited, no refund
• No-shows are non-refundable

Force Majeure:
If, before the start of the cruise, Acts of God, political incident, perils of sea, force majeure or heavy weather covering the cruise route or ports of call should render sailing inadvisable or dangerous to the life or health of the passengers or to the vessel, the Company and/or vessel captain, with or without consultation, shall have the right to delay or re-route the cruise. Likewise, in the course of the execution of the cruise, should heavy weather or force majeure events occur to make it inadvisable for passengers to land, or for the vessel to enter a port, the vessel captain shall have the right to delay or postpone sailing until conditions permit the parties to make adjustments to the itinerary including cancellation of certain landfalls or the re-squencing of island visits.

Mergui Archipelago, Myanmar (Burma):
If circumstances should arise such as political unrest, fighting on the Thai/Burma border, flight cancellations or any other risk to customers or vessels, SEAL reserves the right to cancel the trip. If this should be the case, we would re-route the trip to another destination at no extra cost to customers.
