SEAL is now pleased to offer Ilala for exclusive sailing charters throughout South East Asia in the Andaman Islands (India), Myanmar (Burma), and Malaysia. We can also offer customized adventure cruises and research surveys aboard Ilala, to remote islands elsewhere in the Indian Ocean.

The Crew.....
Paul Johnson, Owner/Skipper of Ilala, is from the UK. He has 27 yrs sailing/racing experience and holds a British Yachtmaster certificate. Paul is also a qualified sailing instructor, teaching beginner to yachtmaster level. His interests include sports, mountaineering, fishing, wildlife, travel and diving. Languages, English, French and some Thai.

Debbie Montgomery, Chef/Hostess, is a 31 yr old South African from the coastal city of Durban and speaks English, Afrikaans, plus some German and Thai. Debbie has 3 years sailing experience, both in chartering and racing. Debbie is a qualified Master and Rescue diver. Her interests include sports, fishing, camping and wildlife. Together with her friendly, enthusiastic and helpful character, Debbie is your ideal hostess.

The Cuisine
Debbie has completed a famous Thai cookery course and has been a chef in a Thai restaurant. She will tantalise you with her delicious Thai and international cuisine, plus only the best and freshest seafoods available. You have a choice of having your meals professionally served in the superb formal dining salon, or the casual atmosphere of the huge covered cockpit, with seaviews. Or, if you wish to, simply enjoy a fantastic beach barbecue.
